The best way to review this game is to draw comparisons with GT 3 & 4, since most people considering this game probably have these already; and of course, GT 3 & 4 are considered by many to be the best racers on the PS2.
Let me start off by saying that I have been playing racing/driving games for 25 years. I am very particular when it comes to this genre. In the short amount of time that I have owned Toca, it has become one of my all-time favorites.
Graphics: The GT series has the more realistic graphics. Toca has an arcade racer look, sporting more vibrant colors with less detailed textures. There are some aliasing issues but the texture "sparkle" effect that's prominent in the GT series is not as noticeable in Toca. The car models in GT look much better, especially in the third person view. However, Toca has a nice cockpit view that all racing games should emulate; this is the only view to play this game in. You can actually look to your left and right by clicking the shoulder buttons. When you crash, the windshield cracks making it difficult to see ahead.
Control: Toca wins this one hands down. This is one area I don't like about the GT series. Toca has a very intuitive control scheme that anyone can get into right away, but without feeling cheap. The GT series control has always been too floaty for my taste. I remember playing GT 3 for the first time and having to struggle just to stay on the road...and this happening to a guy that has been playing racers for 25 years. Yeah, you do get used to the GT series control scheme, but you should not have to. The physics in Toca are better than GT, in my opinion. This is the first game since Sega's F355 that makes me feel as if I'm actually controlling a car. I cannot wait to see Codemasters' efforts on the PS3.
A.I.: Again, Toca wins this one easily. The GT series is infamous for its cheap A.I. This is not the case with Toca. In addition, you cannot get away with bumping up against the other cars in Toca. Not only will your car sustain damage, but you will get penalized for careless driving. Your pit man talks to you along the way and he'll warn you when you bump into the opposing cars. If you remain careless, you receive a black flag and get penalized on your time. If you continue your carelessness, you are disqualified. In the GT series, you can bump against opposing cars while entering a corner to gain an advantage. This technique is not only cheap but unrealistic. These are areas in the GT series that should be addressed. Toca gets is right.
Variety: When it comes to the number of vehicles available, Toca cannot touch GT. However, Toca has an advantage in the number of tracks and variety of vehicle types; I would much rather have a larger number of tracks and fewer vehicles. There are no fantasy tracks here; all the tracks are real world. Although there are fewer cars to choose from, the variety is much greater. You can choose from open wheel, Touring, Endurance, Stock Car, Rally Sport, Kart, Super Truck, Dune Buggy, Baha Bug, Monster Truck, Mini GT, etc. No other racing game offers this kind of variety.
In closing, this is a must-own game for driving game enthusiasts who own a PS2.

Being most popular gaming system, the Xbox 360 is fun to play but when it goes on the fritz and the Xbox keeps freezing it can be very frustrating especially after you fork over $200 to $400 it. The most common error with it is the over heating issue it has. Microsoft has even announced a recall to fix this very problem but millions are out of luck because their warranty is up.
Why does your system overheat you ask? Well it revolves around the design of the heat sinks on the chips on the main board. Also another flaw in the design is the slim design of the system. Airflow is limited because of this and can cause the overheating too.
Now we asked the question, how do I fix this? Well there is two easy ways to prevent overheating in the first place. If you already have experience the common errors with overheating which include 2 red rings, 3 red rings, freezing, and e73 or e74 error you need to fix it.
The first two things you can do to prevent the overheating is to first keeping the Xbox away from other things so it has enough room to promote proper venting. The second thing is to open up the system and clean out any dust you have in it. Dust can cause a weak airflow inside the system and will cause it to get hotter.
If you already have the problems and the Xbox 360 keeps freezing and any error codes like previously said than you need to do a more little more work to fix it. The main reason why it freezes is that connection points on the GPU, graphics processing unit. They have a weak connection to the main board because of the overheating that happened over the months or years of use. There are 4 ways to solve this problem.
1. The easiest and defiantly the most expensive way is to simply buy a new console to take advantage of the better design of the heat sinks and chips in the newer systems.
2. Send it to Microsoft to repair it themselves. This can only work if you are still under the warranty and have 4 to 8 weeks of time to wait. Also remember to keep your hard drive before you send it out.
3. Have a repair service fix it for you. Many big cities have companies that will do it for you for a fee from $60 to $120. Great option if don't want to wait and are out of the warranty.
4. The last option is to fix it yourself. I personally did it myself when I got the 3 red rings. I was out of the warranty and considered myself a semi savvy with electronics. It was pretty easy and I had the system running the same night. I just followed a guide and picked a few parts up from my local hardware store and that was it. This is a nice option for anybody that wants it done quick and cheap.

The Play Station Portable has been out for a few years now and anyone with one of these entertaining devices will tell you that buying all the PSP games, and movies, as well as the music can get quite costly. There are ways to save money all the same...
To save money you might download games from the Internet. There are several sites out there that will allow you to download Play Station Portable games and entertainment for free. However, most of these web sites seem to be developed to infect your computer programs with spyware. These freebie or giveaway sites have slow download rate as well as a reputation for being unreliable.
If you are looking to download Play Station Portable games safely, there are sites you can approach with confidence. There are plenty of PSP download sites that actually manage their databases of free PSP files and still keep out the troublemakers.
These Play Station Portable download sites mostly charge a small amount but if you find the right site, the fee should be under $50.00. You should be able to find a website that will let you download PSP games and movies as well as music at lightning fast speeds.
These PSP sites will also give you the rights to loads of Play Station Portable libraries including, games, movies, wallpapers, themes and so much more.
Most of these Play Station Portable game sites will allow you to download unlimited games music and movies once you have paid for your membership. This means you won't have to pay high per download fees.
The greatest PSP game download web sites I've located in point of fact includes the software that you require to transmit the Play Station Portable files to your handheld appliance making it one inclusive neat package.
Play Station Portables are completely blowing up right now. Finding a good website so that you can download the PSP games can prove to be a good move. There is no doubt about it though, finding one that will save you lots of cash could be challenging.

The Nintendo NES was the first video game system for many gamers and is dear to their hearts because of the great gaming memories it provided. A few of those NES games are also rare and sell for quite a bit of money today. Below is a list of the ten most rare Nintendo games and why they are so expensive.
1. Nintendo World Championsip gold - $10,000 - Gray - $4,000
Nintendo World Championship is the most expensive video game of all time. It was made as part of a nationwide video game contest Nintendo ran in 1990. The winners of the content received the gold cartridge, so there are only 26 in existence. The gray cartridge was used to run the contest and there are 90 of those available. Both games are sought after collectibles and fetch a huge premium on the resale market.
2. Bubble Bath Babes - $1,000
An unlicensed game made for the Nintendo system. The game was published by Panesian and for adults only. Nintendo didn't approve them for release but Panesian made it anyway. It was sent via mail-order only and probably sold fewer than 1,000 copies.
3. Peek-A-Boo Poker - $950
Another unlicensed adult game for the NES. The game is a basic poker game with some adult themes. It was sold only through mail-order too and is nearly as popular as Bubble Bath Babes. The games are known to be very bad, but they are still coveted by collectors because they are so rare.
4. Myriad 6 in 1 - $800
Myriad made a collection of six games on one cartridge and published it without Nintendo's approval. The company went bankrupt during production and never produced many copies. The same game was also re-released as Caltron 6-in-1. It has different packaging but is just as rare.
5. Cheetahman II - $400
The last of the unlicensed games to make the list, Cheetahman II was a sequel to a game that didn't sell very well. The company never officially released the 1,500 copies they made but were sold to the public eventually. The game is well renowned for being one of the worst games ever made, but it still sells for hundreds of toys" title="Buy doll">dollars because it is so rare.
6. Stadium Events - $400
Stadium Events was released to the general public but recalled soon afterwards so Nintendo could release the game themselves as "World Class Track Meet". Only several hundred copies of this game ever made to gamers before they were sent back to the publisher and destroyed.
7. Bubble Bobble Part 2 - $80
Bubble Bobble Part 2 was released at the very end of the NES's life, two years after the Super Nintendo was released. Because it came out so late the game didn't sell very well. Most gamers had already moved on to the newest games.
8. Little Samson - $70
A very good platforming game, like Super Mario Bros, Little Samson never found an audience when it first came out and sold poorly. Gamers now know how good the game is and pay a premium for the chance to play this great game.
9. California Raisins - $65
California Raisins was finished by its developer in 1991 but was never commercially published because the Raisin's had lost their popularity by then. A few copies eventually made it out in the open, but it is very rare.
10. Dragon Warrior IV - $55
The last Dragon Warrior game made for the NES system, IV's sales were hurt because it came out after people had moved on to the Super Nintendo. Nintendo Power rated the game the 2nd best release the year it came out but that wasn't enough to help sales.
Now that you know the most rare and expensive games for the Nintendo NES, go check your collection and scour garage sales looking for these gaming rarities.

This game is great, still playing it on my PS1. When I saw that it was available for the PSP I just had to buy it. I have a PSP-3000, it plays like a dream there is a short loading time, due to it being on a portable, but nothing to ruin your enjoyment or fun. If your a fan or just love the Breath of Fire games this is a must buy.
Now just a small heads up for some, so you don't have a mini-freak out, once you put the game in and it starts to run it will say that your memory card doesn't have the space available to save, even if you do. Simply click "yes" that you wish to continue, from there start a new game and when you get the chance to save, in the form of a journal, save. This will solve the problem, if you want to take it a step further to be 100% sure for yourselves. Return back to the main menu(of the PSP) and start the game up again you will notice that it will run normal and send you to the game menu and load game and have fun.
